DeepSoft is a software development and operations company based in Cologne, Germany. We design, build and run client management platforms for organisations whose revenue depends on how well the day is scheduled: medical practices, retail chains and service businesses with people in the field.
We started as a small team maintaining practice-management software for clinics in Nordrhein-Westfalen. That work taught us the discipline we still hold to: the person at the front desk is the real user, migrations are part of the product, and a system nobody wants to open has already failed — however elegant its architecture.
Today our engineers, product designers and support staff work in one team per client. Every engagement has a named technical lead who stays with the platform after launch, so the people improving your system are the people who built it. We work in fixed-scope increments, publish our roadmaps to clients, and hand over full ownership of code and data — there are no hostage clauses in our contracts.
We host exclusively in EU data centres, follow GDPR-aligned processes for every project, and document data flows before we write code. For regulated clients we provide processing agreements, retention policies and audit logs as standard deliverables rather than paid extras.
